Batelco has engaged Knowesis for Phase 2 of Campaign Management System implementation.
Batelco has awarded Knowesis phase 2 of the Campaign Management System (CMS) roll out, upon the success of Phase 1. Batelco has embarked upon a major IT initiative to implement the customer value management solution (CVM) that can cater for current business needs and future digital aspirations for Postpaid, Landline and Broadband customers.
The project is another important step in their digital transformation journey, of which Knowesis is privileged to be a part of.
