Knowesis Expands into the Middle East and Africa (MEA), Opens Office in Dubai

August 6, 2018 -- Knowesis Pte Ltd., answering strong demand for its marketing automation platform and customer engagement analytics consulting services, announced plans to expand in the Middle East and Africa by opening an office in Dubai, UAE. The office started operations in June 2018, joining the company’s existing location in Singapore.
Recent mobile industry trends in the Middle East and Africa, such as rising mobile broadband adoption, an increase in smartphone use, and the emergence of new competing brands, are forcing communication service providers, retail banks, retailers, hospitality, and transportation companies in the region to deliver on customers’ expectations and provide them with intelligent and streamlined services.
According to Forbes, these organizations will increase their dependency on data and AI-enabled process automation to help them enhance their value proposition and provide an excellent customer experience across the whole value chain.

The new office provides local sales support to customers and partners and is located in Dubai Internet City (DIC), which is one of the largest Information and Communications Technology (ICT) business parks in the Middle East and North Africa region, with more than 1,600 businesses of all sizes.
