Knowesis Opolo for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Launches on the Salesforce AppExchange

5 September, 2019 -- Knowesis today announced it has launched Knowesis Opolo for Salesforce Marketing Cloud on the Salesforce AppExchange. Seamlessly extending the functionality of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Opolo gives organizations a simple interface to initiate journeys with real time contextual events, apply cross-journey contact policies, split journey's using real time data, execute next best offer decisions at the moment of customer interaction, add direct bonus rewarding or fulfillment to journeys, manage PII data with tokenization and automate challenges and rewarding customers.

Mike McGuire, a vice president analyst in Gartner’s Marketing practice commented “Event-triggered and real-time marketing will have the biggest impact on marketing activities in the next five years."
